I can't log into my account that I have frogotten the e-mail and password

Beacose of BOSD my settings, passwords, cookies file have corrupted and I can't access my account that I have a paid liscence on it. I can't reset the password beacose I have forgot the e-mail connected to it. Can you help me?

What is your account name, platform ID or your purchase transaction number?

If you can't remember the associated e-mail, you can specify e-mail from your order (most likely your e-mail on paypal profile), it should work too.

You can use these details to reset password. Mind to check Spam/Junk box as GMail is likely to filter password recovery e-mail as spam.

I have atempted to reset the password on that e-mail and nothing worked. I even tied it after you repyled t my reply but it did not work. Is there anything you can do to help me restore the acces to that account?
