There is no option for lifetime license. You can purchase license of your choice in web account and pay for this term.

no, there is no way.
you can create some 3D artwork for sale for example with free tools like Blender if you are familiar with this free package. If your artwork can generate a cash flow, you can purchase a ZModeler license and sell models/upgrades for the game models too.
