breaking freemode head export

I'm trying to change mp_m_freemode_01 head a bit. And more specifically, add ped emissive or veh emissive to it, by analogy with custom peds, so that the eyes glowing.

I replaced the shader just in front of my eyes and exported the model, but I ran into problems that the geometry disappears where the shader was replaced. Also, part of the neck geometry, which I did not change, suffered a deformation of the polygons.
