Login problem on the website and software

Hi, I'm trying to log in to my forum user and can't
And of course I can't enable my product key in the software either

Hello.

Forum account and ZModeler's web account are different things and could have different passwords set. They are not connected, there is just a reference from web account to a forum account (for me to find web account given someone's forum post).

ZModeler can access web account to download/validate license key given your account name and platform password, which is neither your web account password, nor forum password. This is a password you assign onto your platform ID on "My computers" page.

"Wrong password" in ZModeler can only be cause by wrong password you have specified in ZModeler on "Account Setup" page. Once again, you specify there your platform password (the one you assign on "My computers" page), not your account password (from "Settings" page).

Sorry but I still can't redeem my user in the software ... my account on the site keeps getting locked every few times and it's driving me crazy

in ZModeler you specify your web account name (case sensitive) and your platform password (the one you assign on "My computers" page). I advise to use simple password there (like 123456). You need to restart ZModeler as Administrator after you make changes on "Account Setup" page.

I can see your platform ID has logged in to license server today. So, at some point you had everything set up properly in ZModeler.
