I afraid I can't say anything given just these two screenshots..

what is your question is generally about, what exactly is wrong (or may be you can show a screenshot from a different application so I understand how this geometry should look like) ?

if you switch this object to vertices level, do red dots appear where they should (e.g. no missing geometry)?
