Server does not accept your platform ID for some reason. In most of cases this error is shown when no response from the server comes up (e.g. session time out), but I think this is not your case.
Specify your account name and platform ID you have problems with.
Would you also be able to help me out? Same error.

Nvm it worked after waiting a bit!
You need to assign password like 123456 onto your platform ID on "My computers" page. Then run ZModeler as administrator, open "Account Setup" page, specify your account name and platform password 123456. Press OK and restart ZModeler.

Your platform ID logged in to license server today. Is your issue resolved already? if not, what exactly (and when exactly) you have the problem with ZModeler or web account?
specify correct account name in ZModeler's "Account Setup" page.
Note, the password field there is for platform password (the one you assign on "My computers" page).
Also, make sure the platform ID you have added in web account is exactly the one you see in ZModeler. A misspell will make it impossible to install license key in ZModeler.
