PC code has been registered in another account and i have a new one

I want to buy 1 month of zm but my PC has been registered in another account and when i try to put my PC code in that new account say it cant register my PC code in another account and i didnt receive my 15 days on my own PC. That is why i made another account.

You can use the Platform ID you see in ZModeler, you can't have another ID.
What are your account name and platform ID?
