I want to get back a blacklisted Platform ID

I removed and blacklisted my platform ID (HW65-25) on one account. I have created a new account recently and have created a new account (HRPCBen) I have bought a license on this account and now it's not letting me verify my license on Zmodeler and I believe its because of the blacklisted platform ID. If it could be allowed to be used again, I would greatly appreciate it.

Platform ID on your account is absolutely OK. Even if you remove/blacklist it and add it again, it should work fine.

I can see a license activated for your platform ID, but you platform has never logged in to license server to download/validate license.

First of all, make sure "HW6ZC-25" is an exact platform ID you see in ZModeler. A misspell will make it impossible to install license, it will be rejected by ZModeler.

Assign password 123456 onto your platform ID in web account on "my computes" page.
Specify your account name and platform password 123456 in ZModeler on "Account Setup" page. press OK and restart ZModeler as Administrator.

You have used 15 days of your paid license before submitting a claim to PayPal. Then you have got a full refund and platform black-listing as a result. There is no other option to get platform restored in such a scenario unless these days are paid or newly-purchased license is reduced by 15 days. For example, if you purchase a 60 days license, it could be reduced to 45 and platform ID restored. I see no other option for your situation.

My paypal got hacked and unauthorized purchases were being made and when I refunded them I accidentally refunded zmod now my platform id is blacklisted can someone please help me fix this? My ID is (97DSG-HG)

Hello.
Your 30-days license purchase was refunded after expiration of license. You can make a new purchase (60 or more days) and 30 days of used license will be subtracted from your new purchase. Then your platform ID can be restored.

You can reach me out via private message after making a purchase to proceed with days deduction and platform restoration.
