My account license expired prematurely.
Hello, my subscription expired a while ago and I am suffering from this problem

Reinstall new license key in ZModeler, it should have 3 days left still on your license.
Note, when you install new license key in ZModeler and see more days than your license key has, this does not mean you will have these days, license will expire when its actual time elapses. For example, if you activate 30-days license and upon installation you see "33 days", the license will expire after 30 days. Information in ZModeler could be inaccurate due to some technical circumstances.
