Hi,

I have recently purchased an additional ZModeler license key with the intent of relearning the software, as I now have support from someone who is helping me with the process. However, upon attempting to activate it, I realized that my Platform ID appears to be blocked.

Could you please advise if there is a way to unblock my Platform ID? If unblocking is not possible, I would kindly like to inquire about the possibility of a refund for the license I just purchased.

Hello.
Specify your platform ID please as platforms are always blocked for a reason.

Hello,

Thank you for the quick response

My platform ID is "RU24U-DD"

I belive this was due to my lack of understanding, i have recently purchased a new 1 month license though so if any charges are made can the days used just be deducted from this month? i will be happy to cover any other administrative fees.

A 90-days license was activated for this platform ID and purchase was fully refunded later on via a claim.
This platform ID has a 16 days of penalty on it. The only option to unblock this platform ID is to subtract 16 days from your purchased license.
