Ive tried to add my computer on 3 diff browsers and one other computer and keep getting the same error "Something is wrong on server. Try again later" is there a way to fix this.

Server does not accept your platform ID for some reason. In most of cases this error is shown when no response from the server comes up (e.g. session time out), but I think this is not your case.

Specify your account name and platform ID you have problems with.

I've added platform ID "9zhmw-8g" onto your account with trial license. You can activate license on "My licenses" page. Assign password like 123456 onto your platform ID on "My computers" page. Specify your account name and platform password 123456 in ZModeler on "Account Setup" page and restart ZModeler as Administrator. ZModeler should download and install license key automatically.

your platform was added successfully on your account and has trial license activated for it. However, your platform ID has never logged in to license server to download license key.

Double-check whether platform ID is correct - a misspell will make it impossible to install license in ZModeler.

assign password onto your platform ID again, specify your account name and platform password in ZModeler. Note: platform password, not your account password. restart ZModeler as Administrator.

"Something is wrong on server. Try again later" is not a server failure or something of a kind. This is generally a communication alternation between your web browser and the server. Could be caused by AD blockers, VPN/proxy layer or automatic web page translation tools. In some cases, when you get this message, you can try to do the same from your mobile phone and it could work fine.

I'm experiencing the problem. The prompt mey laptssage is saying that the Platform ID of my desktop is linked to another account, so I switched to mop, but it prompts the same server problem. I tried my mobile phone browser but the problem still exists. Besides, I could not receive my activation email. I tried both gmail and outlook, neither works.

Your platform ID is OK and it's on your account with trial license. However, to install license in ZModeler, you need to assign password onto your platform ID in web account. Then specify your account name and platform password in ZModeler on "Account Setup" page; press OK and restart ZModeler as Administrator.

Also, you should not create several accounts for different platform IDs, you can have several platform IDs on your account. Even more, you can assign licenses onto these IDs and assign passwords for every ID, so each computer can download an associated license from your account with no actual access to your account itself.

nope, your platform ID and its trial license are both absolutely OK. Your platform ID has never logged in to license server to download license key. Trial license can be installed in automatic mode only. Ensure the ID has no misspells, since a misspell will make it impossible to install license key.

It is essential to run ZModeler as Administrator.
Assign password 123456 onto your platform ID in web account on "My computers" page. Run ZModeler, specify your account name and platform password 123456 on "Account Setup" page. press OK and restart ZModeler.


Just to ensure your ID and license key are correct, you can copy license key in web account, run ZModeler, open License Information window, press and hold Shift key for 2-3 seconds. If your license key appears in ZModeler, then your ID and license key are both OK. Note: you can not install license key this way, you can verify it only.
