Badge texture distorted in game.

I have verified that the texture in game is the same of that in zmodeler, and have tried to Re-UVmap a few times, with the same results. In game, you can see the N and W at the Top are deformed, so is the TROL in Patrol at the bottom. Badge is EUP.

May you show the wireframe geometry of this badge from ZModeler (with no textures or solid polygons)?

It looks like the geometry is distorted, not the texture. I assume it could be caused by slightly mismatching rigging on vertices that is barely seen on a model but causes some vertices to move different than their neighbors.

I advise to re-assign rigging onto this badge with "Preset" rigging paint mode. Select all vertices, pick rigging from one vertex and apply preset of bones weight to all selected vertices.

nope. Rigging -> Influence -> Paint. Expand its options and switch to "Preset" mode. switch badge object to vertices level. press in options window "Pick from vertex", hover and click on any vertex (perfectly in a center of the badge). A preset window will show used bones and their influence (in percentage). Select all vertices, in preset window press "Fill selection" button.

Note, options window disappears automatically, it's ok to bring it back again every time it fades or even when it becomes hidden.

These are options for "Influences" group of tools. You need to expand options of "Paint" tool in this group - the button in the middle.

How can I switch the badge to vertices level? I found the Preset and set it to Preset

yeah, vertices mode. I call these "editing levels" for historical reasons :)

The badge was made with curves in blender, then converted to mesh, so there is nothing in the center. https://gyazo.com/4595cf1694ccae84a64eb00da37fc43f Nothing shows up when I left click a vertice after clicking pick from vertex.

The blue line shows up but after left clicking, goes away once off the vertice.

Do I select all vertices using quadr once I pick vertex before filling selection?

once you pick rigging data from any vertex, press "Shift+A" to select all vertices; then press "Fill selected" button in options window.
