i created this model with zodeler 3 but when i put it on gta 5 it has a weird black color shade

normals/tangents is incorrect there (surface\normals\calculate).
bad UV mapping of polygons caused incorrect tangents computation; as a result bump-mapping generates bad shading. try re-creating UV mapping with EditUV tool for the spine and test in game whether newly-created UV mapping make any difference or not.
