License doesnt work

Hi there,

i reinstaled Zmodeler but now my license doesnt work. On web it is activatet but when i start Zmodeler it says it isnt active

Install license key in ZModeler. I advise to assign password onto your platform in web account and specify this password in ZModeler too. Automatic license key download/validation is a preferred method of license installation.

there is no way to install the license key in zmodeler

Trial license can only be installed in automatic mode. Also, automatic license key installation is the suggested method, it is more reliable and serves additional "background refresh/validation" for the key up to expiration.

As a pre-condition to install license key I advise to make a test first as follows:
1. copy license key in web account.
2. run ZModeler, open "license information" window. There should be no key there, just your platform ID.
3. press and hold Shift key for 1-2 seconds. Your license key must appear in ZModeler. If it does, your license key can be installed. If nothing appears, you are likely made a misspell in platform ID in web account and any further actions will give no result at all.

Once you have assured the license key is OK for installation, proceed with automatic installation method as I've written earlier. (assign password, specify password in ZModeler, restart).
