do you have "8@" or "84@" in your e-mail? You had "...8@" in web account, I've changed it to 84@.. give it a try again now.

check the junk box, the password reset e-mail might got there.
also, i can change your account e-mail to the one you've used on your purchases: n******@caiway.net
