License Validity & Verification Failed

Good Morning,

My ZModeler began to have issues last night with exporting. I wasn't receiving any export error messages and they files were exporting as 0kb. I then had bigger issues when I tried to re-install ZModeler, where its not validating my license nor verifying. However, I have 112 Days left on my License. I'll provide a Screenshot below with the Key Blanked Out.

I followed the instructions listed here (viewtopic.php?f=21&t=5673), however it is still not doing anything.

I see, the issue retains with newly-activated license too. Give it a try once again. If still no luck, I'll remove problematic license and send a new license onto your account.

Hi there i am having the exact same issue. It wont even let me log in now and it wont even send my validation email. It wont even let me revoke and revalidate my program HELP

I can't help unless you give any information to identify your account. E.g. an account name and/or your platform ID.

Note, there is no "verification e-mail", account is ready to use after creating.

hello i am having the ame problem but i just bought the liscene and it isnt expired can you help me?

Specify your account name and platform ID you have problems with.
So far I can see your platform IDs with correct licenses, none of them expired.

Make sure you use the latest ZModeler version and make sure the license key you see in ZModeler is the one you have in web account. May be an old (expired) license key has jammed in ZModeler?

assign password 123456 onto your platform ID on "My computers" page. Run ZModeler as Administrator, open "Account Setup" page. Specify your account name and platform password 123456. Press OK and restart ZModeler.

Also i lost my old account so i made a new one and added this pc if thats the reson why? i cant remove my expired liscence if i wanted to

I can see your platform ID has logged in to license server just recently. If you still see any jammed license in ZModeler, then copy correct license key in web account, open "License Information" window, press and hold Shift key for 2-3 seconds. You should see your new license key and it should get installed shortly.
