I logged into my account was having some issues with verification the website said my session expired and I needed to log back in. When I attempted to log back in it told me my user name or password was wrong. I had just logged in minutes before with no issue. So I created a new account but cant use my platform ID what should I do?

I've set an e-mail from your new account onto your old account too, so you can recover password from your old account now.
I can't add your platform ID onto your new account again, as you have used 7 days of your trial license already.
