Hi, I am unable to confirm my PAID licence key. I have followed all the steps to do this.

I fear I have revoked my device from my account, which means it no longer allows me to use the licence key on that device. Is there any sollution to this?

Activate license again and install license key in ZModeler. You should see your license key in ZModeler followed by "Verification: Failed". This is a correct scenario.

Then press "Validate" button in web account, "copy and shift" validation key too. You will see "Verification: failed" changing to "Verification: revalidate in 6 days". This might not work if
1. ZModeler version is not the latest one (currently, the latest one is 3.2.1.1195 )
2. It's preferable to specify ZModeler version (32 bit or 64 bit) explicitly before you press "Validate" button, since validation key for 32-bit and 64-bit version are different.
