accidentally blacklisted my computer and not validating at all
i tried doing validating and stuff and is all messed up as the trial is there and not working and the app wont let me sign in and dont come up anymore so probs need new id for it

I've removed all platforms from your account, add your correct platform ID again. I've reset your paid license to 30 days, it is paused currently, you can activate and use trial license first.

you have activated trial license. It can only be installed in automatic mode. Make sure platform ID in your web account is exactly the same as you see in ZModeler - a misspell will make it impossible to install license.
Assign password 123456 onto your platform ID in web account on "My computers" page.
Run ZModeler as Administrator, specify your account name and platform password 123456 on "Account Setup" page. press OK and restart as Administrator again.
Make sure to allow ZModeler access zmodeler3.com domain on your firewall if you have one.
Note, ZModeler folder should not be on your desktop or in "My documents" folder - prefer a folder on drive D: if possible.
