I bought a Zmodeler 3 license a few months ago (3 months license) and I stopped it because I no longer had a computer ... I wanted to reactivate it today however I did not have could not because I have this error message! I would like some help, or a refund for the rest of the months I have.
Thanks in advance ! I even bought a new 1 month license and with this one, it works !!

I've paused your older paid license and updated its days count. you can activate it anytime later. mind to specify correct platform ID when you apply your license.
