I think the servers were playing up because all of a sudden it let me do it

In most of cases, one need to log out and log in again to get everything up working again.

I also have this problem, I have gotten a new pc and then I had this problem. Ps forgot my password once so I made a new profile.

You have added this platform ID onto your account. Also, you have an old account with the same platform ID and a paid license still running on this ID. Your old account name is PutteTaurus and it is associated with e-mail putte*****res@gmail.com (you can use these details to reset password).

Your platform ID is OK and logged in to license server today. I assume you've resolved issue already.

Your platform ID is OK as well as your trial license.
You should assign password like 123456 onto your platform ID on "My computers" page. Run ZModeler as Administrator, open "Account setup" page, specify your account name and platform password 123456, press OK and restart ZModeler as Administrator.

The problem is still there. I've tried everything.

post a screenshot of ZModeler's window with "License Information" window opened.

Added platform ID onto your account.

you need to assign password onto your platform ID in web account. Then run ZModeler as Administrator, open "Account setup" page, specify your account name and platform password, press OK and restart ZModeler.

Trial license can only be installed in automatic mode as specified above.

Added platform ID HQLHN-4G onto your account.

Right ID is added now but still i do it the exact way u told me with the adminmode but when i open account setup and confirm my stuff still after restart nothing changed...idk maybe u have time to help me via discord ?

you need to activate trial license. your incorrect platform ID with it's "incorrect" trial license were removed. you have a new trial license for "correct" ID now. activate it and run ZModeler. The rest is OK - ZModeler has logged in to license server fine.
