Logging out after trying to activate new license

Morning/ Afternoon/ Evening all,

Just been having the issue where my previous license ran out today (18th Dec 2020), and so I bought a new one

Been having the same issue as some where the website logs me out after trying to activate the new license for my zmod.

I've followed the suggested steps: turning off web translation, setting it to english only, swtiching browsers, etc.

If anyone could assist, that would be great!

I just logged in & bought my license. As soon as I bought it, the site logged me out and now I cannot log back in. No email is being sent when I try and change my password either. Please help :[

I can see you've logged in on august 14th. if your issue is still not resolved, use your e-mail address from your forum account and your account name to get a temporary password. There were no e-mail assigned to your zmodeler account, so I've applied the one from your forum account.

I can see you've logged in on august 14th. if your issue is still not resolved, use your e-mail address from your forum account and your account name to get a temporary password. There were no e-mail assigned to your zmodeler account, so I've applied the one from your forum account.

I need help with activating, every time I try it just logs me out and doesn't activate, if I could get some support on this that would be great!

what do you mean by account detail, I made a forum account if that is what you mean, but my User Account is Pointless Ghost

Yes, I needed ZModeler account name.
I've updated one of your paid licenses - the one with "+++" comment on it. Try to activate this license, it should work fine now.

Hi All,

I've been having the same issue where attempting to add my licence (which i brought today) to my platform it logs me out and doesn't add the licence to the platform.
Any assistance is appreciated.
