Hi,
I have an addon part where at night or low-light conditions, a "underlying" uvmap/texture gets priority over the high-gloss chrome, leading to a strange appearance. Can I just shut off a specific layer on the mapping, or will I have to use a whole new texture set?

is this issue with one material, or "underlying" map is one material, and the high-gloss is a different material?
If this is the same material that gives such an effect, what shader does it use and quote the contents of an associated .mat file please.
