Check an update, it should be available now.
Also, I do not know what "texture_mask_2" and "texture_mask_3" are used for, since the given example uses arbitrary texture with no meaning, so this texture is currently put to DETAIL3 texture slot with 0 level.
The shader configuration is as follows:
triple diffuse + spec + refl
DETAIL: main texture (texture_base), UV#1
DETAIL2: animation mask texture #0 and #1, seems like uses UV#2.
DETAIL3: animation mask texture #2 and #3, currently unused.
aux parameters are EXPLICITLY specified in user-defined options. You can add parameters like
aux[0], aux[1], aux[2] and exporter will put associated values set into a generated .mat file
I assuem auxes are related to texture tiling and animation delays. I guess someone could make quick tests with changes on these values to see what effect they produce.
I don't have the game on my laptop device, so I can't make tests myself.
