PMD "Japanese"

Post by MeyohMey »

Hi Oleg,

I liked to be able to quickly check the used mat files by just opening the PMD file in Notepad++.

Solmething has changed here - while this works on SCS-created files, the Zmod output - while readable by the game - appears to be formatted in some "Japanese" letters (Read: some signs I cannot read at all). Could you tell be how to get the "readable" letters back?

May you attach a set of screenshots, so I could see what do you mean?

I think he worked over a previously exported/converted .PMD file from blender! I already noticed this problem when you try to open a .PMD with a text editor that was created by someone who made the "mod" through blender and exported it with variants for example.
