verification failed

i bought a license but the verification is failed?
what can i do ?

That's the suggested scenario to use:

And in case automatic (online) installation/validation does not work for you, paid license allows manual installation/validation too:

First, clear account name and password fields in ZModeler, and restart ZModeler to install license key manually.

Do so by copying your license key in web account, then open License Information window in ZModeler, press and hold Shift key for 2-3 seconds. Your license key must appear in License window with Verification:Failed under it (like on your screenshot)

Then specify in web account whether you use 32-bit or 64-bit version of ZModeler, press "Validate" button and copy validation key; go back to ZModeler's license window, press and hold Shift key for 2-3 seconds again. You should see 'Verification: Failed" changing to "Verification: revalidate in 5 days" or something like that. Press OK and restart ZModeler as Administrator.

Note, if you use manual license installation/validation, you will need to perform steps from (***) on a constant basis (e.g. every 3-5 days).
