issue with ydr

i have issue regarding ydr. i add a bridge in z mod and make Collison for that . and export it. mesh is fine collisions are fine but mesh's shadows is dancing. mesh size was around 10mb but has very large amount of faces . so i put same mesh into 3ds max and export it in ydr (but in open format) through gimps evo extension. its takes around one hour to just converting it to ydr. and when i check it. mesh was fine and shadows was fine. but when i import same model which got from 3ds max and import it in z modeler and export it without any changes it again dancing.

toggle off "Skeletal" option on export.
