wheel object can use only vehicle_tire shader. any other shader will not work on wheel object.

bones affection on head model is probably inaccurate, or bones location does not match the replaced head perfectly. you should check how facial bones affect original head to see whether your replaced model reproduce the same in ZModeler. it is very hard to get a good bones weight on a head model by ...

make sure you run the very latest copy of ZModeler (3.2.x, as 3.1.5 will not auto-update to the latest version). it will sort objects in hierarchy automatically on export.

in most of cases, you outfit should use exactly the same texture names as original, even more, you have to put textures into proper .ytd files. the game will randomly compose texture name to vary outfit combinations, so the name of texture you have on a model in .ydd file is not significant at all.

In most of cases, logging out and logging in again solves the problem. Also, using automatic translation of web account pages (google chrome specific option) could be the cause too.

you need to import original model that have this bones, then restart ZModeler and it will be able to export such a bone IDs properly.

your geometry object uses Default Material somewhere, while it should not. assign correct material onto geometry and export again. the order of activation, application, account creation is not significant. If you have your platform ID on your account and it has any license assigned onto it in your web account, it will work (assuming ZModeler is able to connect to license server). Trial license, as well as 30 and 60 days license can only be installed via automatic online validation (when zmodeler downloads and installs license automatically). You can "copy and shift" license key, but you can't do this with validation key. http://forum.zmodeler3.com/viewtopic.php?f=2...

most of things you ask are trial and error. the game can take your model fine, or can crash on it, I can't guarantee it will work after export. mouse wheel will work when you switch object to vertices level, until you do so, zoom in/out will occur. vertices paint will work on vertices mode only, so you have to switch to verts in any case.

more likely you have different memory onboard (not video memory, regular one). there is slightly different behavior of x64 version on OS with 8Gb and less. I suspect something is wrong in zip/unzip code used that is natively 32-bit.
