Yeah as I suspected.

Basically the outlines are the same model but with "flipped" normals.

So you have your main one with the reflection
Then you have the red or green that's slightly bigger
then another one slightly bigger as well.

Very bad for the game though lol

Hello! So basically when I add this new ped that exceeds the default ped size, ingame the model works fine but when it is about one inch from the camera view it flickers. Can you link the video please so I can check how they did it, could just be a 2DFX on post.

Otherwise its a bunch of overlayed meshes.

Peds can't use reflection maps natively. You need to use a normal_spec_reflect shader, but that will crash the game unless you have at least one mesh in the same component using a ped shader. You will then lose your shadows as well because peds aren't meant to use those shaders, which is weird imo, ...

Hello!

Need some help scaling vehicles properly, I'm trying to make one into an RC car and also make it super huge.

Zmodeler 3.3.0 Can't pick Vertex Color

As title suggests, I can't pick in vertex mode to see if the Vertex Color has been assigned.
When I import my YDD and try it it stays on the default color (blue) doesn't change and I can't tell if its really assigning Vertex Coloring to the model.

This didn't happen until I updated to 3.3.0

Usually in 3ds max there is a soft selection tool, unfortunately zmodeler doesn't have this so only by selecting vertices individually or by bulk and slowly smoothing everything by hand, extremely tedious and waste of time if this is for youtubers, considering that you'll probably spend hours on that.

I tested exporting an already existing glass yft and yeah it breaks the game once you shoot it.
Oleg could you please fix this? I've attached an YFT for it.

Okay so this is the pug dog in-game that has a gta_fur shader to it and creates a fur like texture around the model, located here:

I've noticed Zmodeler 3 has some shaders that haven't been implemented such as gta_glass shaders (not veh_glass).

Fixed the issue. The issue was that the texture used was white and so texture is used as a slider for intensity, (WHITE means almost to no reflection and BLACK means complete reflection) Again this is is hardcoded but if you use shaders that aren't "PED" the game will crash if you spawn th...

Hello! So up until yesterday I have been able to use "normal_spec_reflect" on peds by using another shader that is "ped" and it wouldn't crash. Now for some reason the reflection doesn't work anymore when I export. Could you help me figure this out? What do you need from me Oleg?...
