Unfortunately. This transaction is not on my list unless you've got a confirmation from PayPal with transaction number. Hello. I do not see your transaction on PayPal account. I assume PayPal has put the hold on funds but has not complete/approved the transaction. In particular, when transaction is "in progress", it appears on my PayPal account in "Pending" status. This is not the case with your ...

I found out that the payment is in process even I press denied in action. Can you refund the money then i'll purchase it again?

Hello @Oleg, I need help again. I just went home with my desktop and I'm currently struggling with the verification/revalidation. Even it asked me to restart then I followed, i can't still import/export any 3d files. It says "Can not complete task: Your license denies this action" even it'...

Validation Issue

I moved to a different place in real but I've brought my desktop. I'm struggling with the revalidation of the zmod license.

Even I apply the license to the new platform, it does not still work. It keeps asking me to restart but it does not work too.
