SOLVED: I re-downloaded zmodeler at some point, so I was exporting models with skeletal disabled. Thanks Oleg for the assistance, you've been really good help lately.

Hello. In most of cases, the hierarchy of objects in your model has changed. If you added, removed or sorted parts in scene hierarchy, you have to export both "model.yft" and "model_hi.yft" files. They have to be updated together as they have to contain identical hierarchy. Late...

Hello! I have made a few wheel changes to vehicles and have had the same issue every time.
