Make a quick test by painting per-vertex color to white and check in game whether this has an effect. if it does, then roll back and do the proper paint of Red channel only (as green and blue are for another purpose).

hello. this is not an issue of multiple re-saving of your texture. you just need to figure out the correct texture format (with alpha transparency) and proper material setup in ZModeler. Once you find the correct configuration, do this on every livery you need. DDS texture format is a proper choice...

i have some bumpers with new location on exhaust and i put turnoffbones on exhaust/1/2/3/4 and in the tunning part for bumper i have exhaust_5/6/7/8 in new location, when i put the tunning on the car, i have no smoke like the exhaust dosent work, how to fix that?

Game uses geometry from model.yft file for shattered glass. So, you should make changes in model.yft file rather than in model_hi.yft file.
