you model's hierarchy in model.yft and model_hi.yft file mismatch. Also, not sure whether this is a must or not, but make your COL's local axes on window part match the local axes of the part itself. You can use "reset to parent" tool for this on window's COL object.

Да, переименования передних и задних дверей (+окон, ручек и мест для сидения) работает. bodyguard подбежал спереди машины к задней двери, корректно открыл дверь и сел на нужное место. наверное, если удалить остальные точки посадки, он всегда будет туда садиться.

No, i do not want.
is your ZModeler the latest version? try the same thing I've done - modify original vehicle first (e.g. the buffalo2). Note, I had to configure texture to be an embedded in a buffalo2_hi.yft file to avoid modifying the original .ytd package.

you have missed some step probably. may be the game can't find your texture or something like that. this is not an issue with ZModeler or an exported model. this is a buffalo2 model with new material configured as vehicle_badge and your texture assigned in DETAIL texture slot. I have edited UV-mapping of original badge fragment so the texture wraps multiple times on these polygons.

check material settings and textures in ZModeler. Install license key in ZModeler. And apply validation key if you are not using automatic license key validation.
In some cases, it is advise to move ZModeler folder from a system drive to another drive if possible and make sure to run ZModeler as Administrator.

I haven't ever created new animation file for the game, I used to make changes in existing va_roof animation on a vehicle only. So, I don't have any clue on how to configure new animation in metadata file.

Hello.
If you see a message "New temporary password was sent to...." when you reset password, then the e-mail was sent. You have a GMail account linked, so you should check Spam/Junk box as the password recovery e-mail will not reach your Inbox and will be filtered as spam.

You are exporting the low-detail model (as far as I see in a log window). Your "misc_b" object might have nothing on L1 level and exporter can't use it (to be an owning part for misc_b collision element).

you can't import a model with "Slice to parts" option toggled for such a model. If you ever did it once, the suspension is already ruined.
A soft/stretching suspension should be edited in non-sliced mode only. the editing involves assigning skeleton bone influence on vertices.
