yes, this is an issue with vehicle's geometry packing inside .wft file. I can't be sure this issue was solved in ZModeler2 as I remind it to be fixed in ZModeler3 with regard to .yft files (very similar issue). So, model detalization level is very related to this.

You should remove your old ID from web account and add the new one. Mind to add correct ID, a misspell will make it impossible to install license key in ZModeler.
Activate the remainder of your paid license for the new ID and install new license key in ZModeler.
