reboot your computer. Make sure you run ZModeler as Administrator.
It might be necessary to add ZModeler to exclude list of your antivirus; or add ZModeler3.exe to white-list or something like that. This is especially a case with "Norton Internet Security" set of products as far as I know.

i think these issues are unrelated. remove most of collision objeccts, use just one for chassis plus four wheels and test in game. I doubt collisions issue is related to hierarchy elements count. unless you don't exceed 255.

since I don't know how it looks on original vehicle, may you show a set of screenshots that would explain me better what is wrong there? does animation stop working at all for fuel level indicator, or it animates in a bad way?

why i cant do SETUP MODE with right click on skel ? You can. it's in "Bones" -> "Setup mode". On your image the model is imported with "Slice to parts" option toggled. So it has no skeleton created, just a plain hierarchy of (empty/dummy) objects. Toggle the option off...

These are boundaries of a "group" object. To access and edit elements of the group, right-click, pick "Group -> Open". If you need an extensive editing, you should ungroup this object, then assemble it to a group again.

You can change in Settings->Profile->Editor
on
Preferences->Filters->GTARage
a value for "MaxBones". Default is 128, you can set something like 180. press OK and restart ZModeler.

You are trying to pay from a business PayPal account. My russian PayPal account does not allow to accept payments for business entities. You can either pay from your personal account, or pick in web account on "Buy License" page the very bottom option "PayPal for merchant and business...

I've renamed objects/animations and exported pmd and pma into new files. then loaded model and animation into the same scene. Objects are matching perfectly: including animated bar - it matches original perfectly. (in ZModeler scene).

Your geometry object should be inside of hierarchy "cargo_fillar_steel". Otherwise it will be ignored on export.

Use display\local axes\reset to world
tool on object before export. Local axes are probably flipped inside out.

attach a smallest .z3d file that reproduces this problem please. it looks like it has something to do with scene too, as I can't reproduce it on empty scene and 40+ new (unused) materials.
