I haven't ever created new animation file for the game, I used to make changes in existing va_roof animation on a vehicle only. So, I don't have any clue on how to configure new animation in metadata file.

If you see a message "New temporary password was sent to...." when you reset password, then the e-mail was sent. You have a GMail account linked, so you should check Spam/Junk box as the password recovery e-mail will not reach your Inbox and will be filtered as spam.

You are exporting the low-detail model (as far as I see in a log window). Your "misc_b" object might have nothing on L1 level and exporter can't use it (to be an owning part for misc_b collision element).

you can't import a model with "Slice to parts" option toggled for such a model. If you ever did it once, the suspension is already ruined.
A soft/stretching suspension should be edited in non-sliced mode only. the editing involves assigning skeleton bone influence on vertices.

тип дамми (сфера/цилиндр) ни на что не влияет. у вас неправильная конфигурация дамми - оси или диапазон поворотов.

read per-vertex color from cube and paint this per-vertex color onto problematic geometry vertices. note, the game uses red per-vertex color component to dim the mesh (fake AO shadows), so if you paint mesh per-vertex color to white, the model might be too bright in day-time.

have I got this right - you create a cube, assign the same material and attach it to your model and this cube glows fine in game? then solve the problem with your geometry object, as the material/shader/textures setup is correct.

you can create some 3D artwork for sale for example with free tools like Blender if you are familiar with this free package. If your artwork can generate a cash flow, you can purchase a ZModeler license and sell models/upgrades for the game models too.

it is strongly recommended not to use any other texture format other than .dds
any other texture being loaded will be 32-bit RGBA texture (yet it will have less size when saved on a hard drive as .jpg or .png, but will take too much memory size when being loaded into ZModeler).

most likely, the file you are trying to import is locked. Give a try to vanilla game model, it should get loaded fine.

Install license key in ZModeler. And apply validation key if you are not using automatic license key validation.
In some cases, it is advise to move ZModeler folder from a system drive to another drive if possible and make sure to run ZModeler as Administrator.

it's not a must a "chassis COL" is the cause. it could be any collision in a model causing some other collisions to stop responding.

you have some bad collision object in a hierarchy. usually, its a chassis collision that causes issue like that.
grab a col objects from an original game's model for test purpose and place them instead of your COLs. then start replacing original COLs with yours one by one.
