whats weird is its only the 3d viewports that lag/delayed

I checked those all are ok not any unused textures, no animations and no extra materials

no, I'm on a desktop, and it's using the hardware setting still having the issue.

I would but I'm not too sure how to do that, the whole vehicle together is only around 100k polys which is usually well within my computer limits I've also tried files around 1k and it has the same issue.

So I've been experiencing a strange issue lately, when I open zmod it runs fine and smooth but when I open up a vehicle it makes it super laggy and slow to use. I basically can't use it, so is there anything that would make it run fine again. my system specs are 1060 ti 6gb 24 gb of ram i5 10 gen 50...
