help to make animations

Hi.I want to make animations to my d model's speedometr.I don't want to use game's originnal texture speedometr.I want my speedometr model works.how can I made animations?
also I wan't to made a animated engine and exhausts to vibrate when the car is on.
please help me :(

Easiest way for me is to copy everything from original vehicle and then adapt shapes textures colors and positions. Detach all these parts from one of the original vehicles and merged into your mod, it will also import materials needed where you can use your new textures

no I don't want texture dials I want to make animation on my own model's speedometr model

dials are always made as texture renders. the game renders dials (including analog needles) using pre-defined script and source texture with fragments. then, entire rendered dials is applied onto dashboard material. you can't animate an object to be a real 3D speedometer needle on analog dashboard.
