This platform ID is already attached to someones Zmodeler3 Account?

I just yesterday downloaded Zmodeler and wanted to try it out, i made an account and tried to activate the trial period by binding the platform ID to my account- however whenever i try this, the website tells me that this ID is already locked onto another account, however i do not recall ever trying to bind the ID..

Is there a way to fix this?

Specify your platform ID, I'll take a look. Platform IDs are not absolutely unique, they are bound to hardware installed in computer.

Platform ID is "9JUQD-GJ", sorry it took a minute to respond, some of my hardware was reused and not bought brand new. Thank you for your help

added platform onto your account. mind to assign password onto your platform ID on "My computers" page and specify this password in ZModeler alongside with your account name, so ZModeler can download license key.
