This is my first time making a vehicle with Zmodeler, I don't know what this means, can someone help me?

You are trying to export into a file named "trackstang_hi.yft" but your scene has no object named "trackstang_hi". Your scene should have a node trackstang_hi and everything inside this node (children elements) will get exported.

I advise to mess a little with original game models first. If you have no experience in GTA modding, you should start with small modifications on original models to get used to the overall workflow and proper scene setup.

Depending on what version of the program are you using, you might need a valid license key installed first. Then use File\Import to load a model.

I have re-activated your license. install new license key and use the license up to expiration (4 days left).

I installed ZModeler 2.2.6 on my notebook with Windows 11 Home Single Language, 12GB RAM, and Intel Core i3. It runs normally, but when importing a .dff file, it freezes or lags when moving the camera. I've tried everything. Additionally, saving prompts an 'Out of Memory' error. How can I resolve this?

The model file you have loaded is probably too heavy for ZModeler2. It should run fine with original game models and may be some modded files. Also, open Settings->Rendering->Device window and set there "Hardware@....". On windows 11, it is very likely ZModeler can't reach your actual hardware and is given the on-CPU hardware only. For example, if you have nVidia card, you can use nVidia control panel and assign your nVidia hardware card for "zmodeler.exe" application. There should be a sort of per-application configuration there.

Delete your platform ID and add it again.

P.S. I can see you've managed to get this solved already. Get the latest ZModeler version as you are running a version 3.2.1 at the moment.

I am trying to reset my password for my account "admiralz300", I am not receiving the email for the password reset. I am using the email you said was linked to the account. It says there was an email sent to me but I haven't received a email. I've been trying for multiple days.

If you see a message "New temporary password was sent to...." when you reset password, then the e-mail was sent. You have a GMail account linked, so you should check Spam/Junk box as the password recovery e-mail will not reach your Inbox and will be filtered as spam.
