I have problem login into my zmod account to buy a new licens my account login is scania42, and it says unknown username scania42 or username/password mismatch.
But i have allways used this login so i dont know why it says tht
This account is associated with e-mail c***343**@gmail.com
You can use these details to reset password.
Mind to check Spam/Junk box as the password recovery e-mail is likely to get filtered as spam.

In addition i am not able to reset my password. "Specified user or email nor found".

Hello.
You might have left your web account with no licenses for more than 90 days. Your account was pruned, so you can create the a account now. I am not sure whether it will allow to use the same username, but you can give it a try. Mind to clear forum message boxes (all, including "Sent messages") to get an account creation code message properly.
