Can't log in to my zmodeler 3 account

Hi,
I am unable to log in to my zmodeler3 account, it is telling me I put in the wrong username or password. When I try to change the password, it is telling me the account was not found. The email should be the same as the email attached to this forum account. I might be putting in the wrong username but I'm really not sure.
