Make sure the platform ID in your web account is 100% correct. A misspell will make it impossible to install license key. In particular, pay attention to 'S' <-> '5' misspells.
Assign simple password like 123456 onto your platform ID in web account on "My computers" page.
Run ZModeler as Administrator, open "Account Setup" page. Specify your account name and platform password 123456. Press OK and restart ZModeler. Mind to give ZModeler at least 5-7 seconds after shutdown before starting it again.
