"Platform password successfully set" no exist after I submit platform password

After I submit the platform password "Platform password successfully set" did not exist. It cause me can't validate the trail license, and it's already started. Can't anyone help :cry:

hello.
when you assign password and press Submit, the page will reload and it will not show password or ****** in password field, its OK.

Make sure the platform ID in web account is exactly the same as you see in ZModeler. If you have a misspell, ZModeler will not load license key. Specify account name in ZModeler and platform password, press OK and restart ZModeler.
