Help paint weight ped model

Please help me, i think i've clean weight at red cirlce but why when i move this current bone some vertexs moveing like this

these vertices have an affection of one of arm bones. at least not the one set as "current" as I don't see any colored highlight. probably, it will be the bone that is very close to these geometry vertices. Skim through bones with "Next bone" and "Prev bone" and locate the one that has bad affection on these vertices. Once you set this bone as current (and see unneeded affection of this bone on torso vertices), pick "Paint weight tool" (vertices level), hold CTRL key down and paint this bone affection over torso vertices. Holding CTRL key down will reduce affection instead of adding it.

Try "Reflect weight" on World - X axis. it requires absolutely symmetrical skeleton bones placement and perfectly a symmetrical geometry vertices on X axis.
