Object "tire" exceedes maximum vertices per object limit:

Hi I recently bought a few new high quality 3D models and converting to GTA V and when I'm in zmodeler3 trying to attach the whole tire together it just glitches up and so I export the tire in obj and attach it all together in 3ds max and import it into zmodeler3 again and it spits them so it's not attached. it says Object "tire" exceedes maximum vertices per object limit: splitting into multiple objects. Do you know a way to bypass that so I can have the whole highpolly tire as 1 object. Can anyone please help? Thanks
