Stupid question about Rescale Ped

I follow the tutoral made by Zagor and Zmodeler on Youtube.
When i import the Ydd file, it always included the skel, but in the tutoral there isn't. I don't know what i missed and i don't know how to do it right

ydd file contains incomplete skeleton, so it might look wrong after import. correct skeleton is inside .yft file only and this is the file you should import first. Additionally, correct name for renaming branch after importing YFT file is .global (starting from dot "."). When global skeleton is found, it will be used instead the chopped/incomplete skeleton from YDD file.
