window turning black

window turning black

hi , so i have a model where the window tint turns black with more "dirt" being built up .. does this until the windows are impossible to see into
i have removed the window dirt from the windows in zmod but still no fix

so any help would be awesome thx

dirt is mapped via UV#2 if I'm not mistaken. Inspect original model's windows and material setup. UV#1 uses main texture, UV#2 is mapped to standard glass dirt texture... if you don't have UV#2, no dirt mapping will be available in game.

its setup same as the original model so im not sure whats wrong and yes it uses uv2 for dirt map

check the alpha value of per-vertex color on original model and on your mesh vertices.
