Logo on wheels not appearing & Connect tool

1. I successfully installed custom wheels on a car. I also put a Vapid logo on them. The logo appears in ZModeler, in OpenIV, but is invisible in-game. Using a Flip tool didn't make the logo appear. What do I do to make it appear?

2. Is there any tool in ZModeler 3 that works similar to 'Connect' from ZModeler 2?

The Logo is also "adapt: vehicle_tire"?

Err, no, I don't think so. Should it be applied?
When I apply it, the material changes itself to vehicle_tire, messing up the badge.

only vehicle_tire is rendered on wheel objects.
there is no equivalent to Connect tool of zmod2 in zmod3 at the moment.

Thank you, I have managed to attach the badge on the wheel - I cloned the badge material, renamed its shader to "vehicle_tire" so it says on the bottom:

Adapt: vehicle_tire

then applied the newly cloned material to the badge itself.
There are still two more bugs that are puzzling me, however. The badge was taken from bodyshell bone and is rectangular in shape. The problem is, its background is black and not transparent like the bodyshell one. Also, the red colour is washed out:

if I'm not mistaken, vehicle_tire shader does not support alpha-transparency. you need to chop polygons out to get rid of black background on a logo
