I wanted to know how to make a real mirror for cars
And how can i make to my car dirty body

mirror is generally achieved by using vehicle_mesh shader with black DETAIL texture and white SPECMAP texture. use surface\normals\projection to get vertices normals be "explostion-shot" to create accurate and smooth reflection (put purple X-cross behind the mirror object, select mirror object vertices and use Shift + [surface\normals\proection click] to get accurate normals shot).
dirty body is automatically managed by the game by means of dirt mask texture and uv-mapping on UV#2. make sure to configure material properly and assign UV mapping on channel #2. the game will do the rest.
